JavaFit's Retail and Preferred Customer Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, JavaFit will gladly exchange it or replace it within the first 30 days from the ship date, so please notify JavaFit as soon as possible after receipt of your order. We will not accept returns after 30 days from the ship date. On any individual product purchases that are returned, you will receive a credit for the full price that you paid for the product, and you will only incur the shipping cost, which will not be refunded. This 30-day return policy applies to all orders. For the return of items that are broken, defective, incorrect, or missing, JavaFit will re-ship at no charge to customers.
